I was 9th in Marathon world championships in K1 women seniors 25km. I was happy of the result it was the first top 10 result for Finland in K1 seniors! =) For me it was relief that I got to the top 10, it has been long season and the whole training was for this single competition. I lost only 5' 58'' to the winner Renata Csay from Hungary who won also K2 competition on sunday.
the conditions of the race were steaming hot, air was very heavy to breath the temperature was during the race at least 28c so it was a truely chalenging conditions for all competitors.

Now it is time to rest and relax here in Auckland (NZL). After couple of weeks it is time to start thinking of the next season.
